Safety First – Fire Retardant & Code Compliant

Our tent tops are constructed from premium, flame-retardant vinyl that meets or exceeds national safety standards including NFPA-701, CPAI-84, and ASTM D 6413. Your event deserves to feel safe as well as beautiful, and our equipment delivers both.

Site Requirements & Setup Details

For the best experience, please review these requirements:

Anchoring: This tent uses staking only (no ballasting at this time). Surface must allow for stakes.

Footprint: Allow an additional 5' clearance on all sides (total footprint: 30' x 30'). Stakes are set 5' out from each leg.

Surface: Must be level and free of debris.

Site Visit: If staking, placement, or surface type is uncertain, we’ll provide a complimentary site visit in most cases.

Utility Locates: By law, we contact your local “Call Before You Dig” (811) service before driving stakes. Utility companies will mark underground lines at no cost.

Public Utilities: Will be marked and flagged by local utility companies within two business days of request.

Private Utilities: Property owners are responsible for identifying and arranging private line locates (sprinkler lines, propane, landscape lighting, etc.). Private locate services may incur additional costs.

Your cooperation with property access, clear addressing, and utility marking ensures smooth setup and keeps your event on schedule.
